service instructions.
If your Pavilion/ Presario Desktop PC (DPC) or Notebook (NB)
require service during the extended service plan period,
call 1-800-374-5828. The Service Center will set up in-home,
express exchange or depot service.
Remember to call The Service Center before making the repair yourself
or having a repair made.
Failure to call the Service Center prior to a product repair may result
in a claim being denied.
